Talk to Legislaters
Raising awareness about Legislation is one of the most important things you can do to oppose legislation. Make people aware of a bill and why it may be bad. Layout the facts and identify the negative implications of the bill. If other people believe the bill is bad they too may work to contact legislators regarding why it's important that this bill passes. The more people fighting for a bill to be voted down the more likely the bill is to fail, especially if those advocating for the bill come from a diverse range of backgrounds.
